Purchase Process

4. Selling Tickets

5. Prohibited Conduct

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Seatify, including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Seatify or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Provided "As Is"

No warranties regarding availability or accuracy Events may be cancelled or rescheduled by organizers Seatify is not responsible for event quality or experience Third-party links and services are not our responsibility

Limitation of Liability

Seatify's liability is limited to the amount paid for tickets We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages Not responsible for losses due to unauthorized access Force majeure events may affect service availability

8. Dispute Resolution

Internal Resolution

Contact customer support first for any disputes We will attempt to mediate buyer-seller disputes Most issues are resolved within 5–10 business days

Arbitration Agreement

Disputes not resolved internally go to binding arbitration Arbitration conducted under AAA rules Class action lawsuits are waived Small claims court option remains available
