Seatify Refund Policy

Understanding your refund rights and the dispute resolution process on Seatify marketplace.

24-Hour Dispute Window
Buyers must submit disputes within 24 hours after the event with reasonable evidence. Disputes filed after this window cannot be processed.

1. General Principles

1.1 Seatify acts as an intermediary marketplace.

1.2 Refund eligibility depends on dispute evaluation.

2. Buyer Refund Eligibility

2.1 Buyers may submit disputes within 24 hours after the event.

2.2 Refunds require reasonable evidence of ticket invalidity.

Required Evidence May Include:
Video proof at venue entry point Screenshots of ticket rejection Timestamp evidence Communication with venue staff

3. Approved Refunds

3.1 Full refund includes:

Ticket price Seatify service fee (7%) — returned in case of invalid ticket
Note: The 7% Seatify service fee is only refunded if the ticket is proven invalid or fraudulent. It is not refunded for other reasons (change of mind, late arrival, etc.)

3.2 Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

If your dispute is approved, you will receive a 100% refund including all Seatify service fees.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are NOT eligible for refunds:

4.1 Failure to attend event 4.2 Late arrival 4.3 Venue policy issues unrelated to ticket validity 4.4 Failure to submit dispute within timeframe 4.5 Change of mind after purchase
Important Reminders:
Simply changing your mind is not grounds for a refund Venue-specific policies (dress code, ID requirements) are buyer's responsibility Weather conditions or travel issues are not eligible for refunds

5. Event Cancellations

5.1 Refund policies in case of cancellation follow the original event organizer's rules.

5.2 Seatify does not guarantee refunds unless legally required.

If an event is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled:

The original event organizer determines refund eligibility Seatify will communicate official information from event organizers If organizers provide refunds, Seatify will process them accordingly Check your email and account dashboard for updates
