Only pay through Seatify's platform. Never send money directly to sellers outside the platform.
Use a strong password and never share your login credentials with anyone.
If something doesn't feel right, contact our support team immediately.
Try to resolve the issue directly with the seller through our messaging system.
If you can't resolve the issue, file a claim within 24 hours after the event. Our support team will investigate.
If tickets are proven invalid or fraudulent, we'll issue a full refund (minus service fees) within 5-7 business days.
